Heart-Healthy Sugar Cookies
The recipe I keep making: the flour
& powder, no salt, butter heated & swirled
for a minute, this recipe will end up
fattening me. Add oil, egg, sugar.
The sugar. Dollop enough to make
a cookie. I’ll become the cookie.
Bake five to seven minutes. Cool
then transfer to wire rack.
Wiry body transfer to fat.
