Tonight I had dinner with netmouse. She prepared a really interesting dish that featured orange roughy (with a tomato sauce with red peppers, onion, garlic, and white wine), with asparagus on the side. Really, really tasty.

Tonight was our way of making up for the fact that we weren't able to get together Sunday for brunch. I had looked forward to those wonderfully golden-brown Belgian waffles, but I'm sure we'll indulge in those some other time.
